EOD report forms

Camp> EOD Reports Form​

by clicking on Camp module, the user may select the EOD Report form.
End-of-Day (EOD) report forms are vital tools used in the management of camps, including refugee camps, displacement camps, and other temporary settlements. These forms are used to summarize daily activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that operations run smoothly

By clicking on EOD Report form, user can see the different forms of EOD report and the user can have the following option to view or select: -

  1. Add EOD Report form (for creating or add New EOD Report From)
  2. Show all (EOD Report form based on type of camp/screening for patient)
  3. Edit
  4. Duplicate
  5. Enable/Disable the button to the EOD Report form.

by clicking on the Add EOD Report form, the user shifts to the next page and has the option to fill details for add or Create new EOD From with summarizing all screening information and with feedback detail according to type of camp/Screening name, user admin, name of department dedicated for specific screening

by clicking on Show all filter with the dropdown button, the user can filter EOD Report form based on the type of screening camp related to a specific department.

by clicking on edit option, user may Edit or update the current EOD Report Form

Camp> EOD Reports Form>Enable /Disable​

By clicking on Enable/Disable button user can modify the status of current or past EOD Report form as Disable or Enable.
